Can I collect my online order at one of the Bargain Central stores in North Lakes, Morayfield, Bribie Island, or Bundaberg?

Yes, it is possible to collect your purchases in-store (depending on stock availability). Please contact our customer service team to arrange pickup.

The item I wanted to buy is out of stock, when will it be available again?

To get a restocking date for a particular item, please contact us with the name and/or product number of the out-of-stock item. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible with a confirmed availability date.

Alternatively, you can enter your email directly on the product page of our online store to receive an automatic email notification when the product is restocked.

Bargain Central communicates with both local and international suppliers to get the best deals and source out-of-stock items as quickly as possible. If you’re looking for something in particular, come to us first – the chances are we’ll be able to find it and offer you the best price.

How do I find out where my order is?

Once your order has been sent out, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use this number on our order tracking portal to find out where your order is and when it will be delivered.

I’ve received my order, but something is missing. What should I do?

Some orders may be shipped in several packages. If you have not received part of your order, we recommend waiting for a few days to allow for separate deliveries. If you still have not received your entire order after an additional three days, please contact our customer services department for help.

Why isn't the review I left for a product showing up on the website?

We check all reviews before they are published on the website to make sure they are relevant and helpful. As long as your review doesn't contain inappropriate language or content, we'll publish it as soon as possible and you’ll be able to see it in your account and on the product page. We welcome all honest feedback so that we can improve our service.

I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?

Please click the 'Forgotten password' link on the login screen and you’ll be directed to instructions for resetting your password.

How can I change my password?

You can change your password through your account information page after logging into your account.

Do I need a Bargain Central account to place an order online?

It’s not necessary to create an account to shop online with Bargain Central. If you do not wish to create an account, simply select to shop as a guest when you go to check out. However, there are several advantages to creating an account:

  • Your address and contact details will be saved so you won’t have to type them in again each time you shop.
  • You can save multiple delivery addresses such as work and home.
  • You can review your past orders and reviews.

What types of payment do you accept?

You can currently pay online by:

  • Credit card (Visa and MasterCard only)
  • PayPal (checkout with PayPal express on the product page or through the normal checkout process).

What currency can I pay in?

All orders are priced in Australian dollars (AUD). It’s not currently possible to pay in alternative currencies.

How do I know it’s safe to enter my credit card details on your website?

When purchasing from Bargain Central, card details are transmitted through a secure server using PayWay, an online gateway solution provided by Westpac Banking Corporation. Shipping Enquiries

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, our website processes orders only for delivery within Australia. However, we may be able to offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer services team to enquire.

How much does shipping cost?

You can select standard or express delivery options at checkout.

  • All orders of $100 and over are eligible for Free delivery for standard delivery except for bulky item orders.*
  • We charge a flat rate delivery fee of $9.95 for orders under $100 for standard delivery except for bulky item orders.*
  • For Express Delivery, the shipping rate will be based on their postcodes

*NT, Northern Qld, SA, TAS and WA are not eligible for FREE delivery and flat rate conditions. The shipping rate will be based on their postcodes.

*Bulky item orders refers to orders of large / bulky or hazardous items. Due to the size and weight of the products, additional delivery fees may apply. This will automatically be calculated and added to your cart at checkout. This will overwrite any Free Shipping and flat rate fees.

    When will I receive my order?

    For most of Australia, you can expect your order to arrive in 3-5 business days. Purchases sent to WA, North Queensland, NT and TAS have a longer estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days.

    Shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, a particularly high volume of orders, or other circumstances beyond our control. Remote areas within Australia should also expect a longer delivery timeframe.

    I want to return my item. Are returns free?

    We offer refunds on products that are returned within the specified return period. Refunds are free for defective or wrong products that were sent to you. Unfortunately, we can't cover postage charges if you've simply changed your mind about a product. Subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, postage and handling charges will not be refunded.

    Can I get free shipping?

    Yes, Bargain Central offers free shipping for orders above $100.

    Will I need to sign for my order when it’s delivered?

    All orders sent by Australia Post registered mail and couriers usually require a signature on delivery. If you're not sure that you'll be available to sign for your parcel, you can leave us a message in the "order comment" box at checkout to give us authority to leave your parcel in a safe place (ATL).

    Are all the products on the website in stock?

    We update the site in real-time, so if a particular product is sold out, you’ll see an out of stock message on the product page. We don’t remove products from our website permanently unless they have been discontinued by the manufacturer and are no longer available to buy.

    How are your products so affordable?

    We source our products from all over the world and have strong wholesale contacts and buying power. This means we can import high-quality products at lower price and pass the savings onto you.

    Unfortunately, not at this point in time, but having fewer retail locations means that we can keep our prices low. Our online store ships to anywhere in Australia, so you can enjoy Bargain Central products and prices wherever you are!
