Cancellation & Return Policy
We are not required to provide refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But if the goods are faulty, fail to be of acceptable quality, unsafe, problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item, doesn’t do what they are supposed to do, wrong description or different from the sample shown, you will be entitled to have the goods replaced or refund using your original payment method.
All goods will be inspected on return prior to warranting a refund or exchange.
Refund / Exchange Terms:
- All goods to be returned or exchanged must be in original condition and accompanied with proof of purchase such as sales receipt / tax invoice.
- In the interests of hygiene we don’t normally offer change of mind refunds or exchange on hygiene related products such as pillow, blanket, jewelry and etc unless you have valid claim at law.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- All items must be in original and re-sellable condition.
